Join Sarah and Frayah for an afternoon of embodied movement and therapeutic sound. Don’t worry you don’t need your swimming cossie for the sound bath, you will be bathed in the vibrations of the instruments.

Find some calm and nourishment in the sometimes hectic build up of the festive period with nourishing yoga and a deeply relaxing soundbath. Ending with some tasty treats.
