Friday 14th July, 7-8:30pm at The Littleseed Field, Castiles Farm (aprox 20 mins outside Ripon)

Join me in this beautiful place for an hour of outdoor yoga, surrounded by amazing views followed by a cup of tea and a chat to enjoy relaxing in North Yorkshire Countryside.

You will need to bring your yoga mat and some layers, fingers crossed for lovely weather but it is of course still the Yorkshire dales so it may get chilly.

Please arrive at least 10 mins before the start to get yourself settled.

We will do an hours yoga practiced followed by a cuppa and cake.
