Hatha Yoga at Jion Studios, The Dojo, Ripon
A slightly faster paced class, perfect if you have practiced yoga before or if you want to add in a yoga practice to support your running/ cycling or any other activity. We start with pranayama (our breathing practice) then into the asana practice (the physical side of the practice) and finish with a meditation.
You will need a yoga mat (let me know if you need to borrow one) clothes that are comfortable to move in, a blanket for relaxation and a bottle of water.
I take term bookings however if you cant make a session you can swap to a different class that week or double up on classes another week within the same term.
