Join Sarah and Frayah for an evening of embodied movement and therapeutic sound to celebrate summer. Don’t worry you don’t need your swimming cossie for the sound bath, you will be bathed in the vibrations of the instruments.

We will celebrate summer with nourishing yoga followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath and of course finishing with a chat and some tasty treats.

Available to all, whether you have practiced yoga before or never attended a sound bath this is a very accesable and nourishing event.
