Join Sarah and Frayah for an afternoon of embodied movement and therapeutic sound. Don’t worry you don’t need your swimming cossie for the sound bath, you will be bathed in the vibrations of the instruments.

We will let go of the past year and welcome the year to come with a dedicated yoga practice, a nourishing sound bath and finishing with a tasty treat.
